Lufthansa Innovation Hub is Lufthansa Group’s strategic innovation hub in Berlin. Our team of 60+ entrepreneurs, designers, researchers, psychologists, facilitators and marketers bridges the gap between the corporate world and the startup ecosystem.

Our mission: Accelerate the next in travel. We identify emerging technologies, customer preferences and business models through strategic intelligence and foresight. We realize new digital innovation opportunities through startup collaboration and strategic venturing and strengthen innovation capabilities through leadership trainings as well as workshops.

With over 10 years of experience, Lufthansa Innovation Hub is one of Germany’s longest-standing corporate innovation hubs.

Can I book your trainings for my company?

Yes, all our trainings are explicitly available for companies and teams. We offer you the opportunity to either book several seats in one of our trainings or to run entire cohorts exclusively for your company.

Our trainings usually take place at our office in Berlin. For exclusive cohorts, it is also possible to hold the training at your company's premises.

Do you also offer tailored trainings for my company’s specific needs?

Yes, we do. Since our trainings have been tested with hundreds of learners, we always adapt the content to reflect your company’s context, challenges and industry.

Tailoring can mean combining existing modules in new ways, customizing them to your goals or even developing entirely new modules.

Our ideal cohort size can range anywhere from 15 to 25 participants depending on your needs.

What makes our trainings special?

We design all our trainings as immersive learning journeys—not as one-time events. Every interaction is crafted to be engaging, relevant, directly connected to your day-to-day role.

Our multi-week programs combine virtual and in-person touchpoints created to install habits and drive real change. Learners don’t just consume content—they actively shape the experience as co-creators.

Above all, we focus on delivering a top-tier learning experience that sticks.

Do you also offer formats for me and my team?

Yes. We regularly work with teams to tackle their specific challenges. In the past year alone, we’ve hosted 50+ workshops for 20+ companies on topics ranging from innovation culture and psychological safety to innovation methods and dedicated functional challenges. Choose between structured trainings for knowledge and method delivery, or hands-on workshops for direct application and co-creation. Most of our sessions involve 15 participants, but we’re happy to accommodate larger teams as well.
