Most innovation trainings teach frameworks in theory. We teach what we actually use - the same methods our team applies every day to launch ventures, run experiments, and transform innovation culture inside large organisations. That means no abstract models without context, but tools you can pick up and use right away. Add to that a cohort of people from different industries challenging your thinking, and two days in the place where this work actually happens: our innovation hub in Berlin.
No - and if you already have the title but not the tools, this is especially for you. A lot of people land in innovation roles without ever getting a structured foundation for how to actually do it. The Innovation Masterclass fills that gap. You'll work with a broad range of methods - from foresight to rapid experimentation to organizational culture - hands-on, applied to real challenges.
What matters more than the label is the situation. Maybe you're expected to drive or support innovation in your role, but haven't had the structured methods to do it confidently. Maybe you're a team lead, a project manager, or a specialist stepping into a more strategic role. Maybe someone just handed you a brief that says "come up with something new." It's not a university degree, but it is a certificate from one of Germany's most experienced corporate innovation hubs - with over 10 years of hands-on practice. The digital toolbox is an exclusive website you get access to after the training which is available only to your cohort. You'll find all the methods we work with during the training: descriptions, step-by-step instructions, and canvases you can apply directly in your own work. On top of that, you'll get curated resources to keep exploring: articles, book recommendations, and complementary methods that go beyond what we cover in the training. The toolbox stays accessible to you after the training, without any time limit - as a reference whenever you need it.
The training price includes the training delivery as well as all meals, beverages and materials during the training days. Upon completion of the training, you'll get a certificate and we provide you with a digital toolbox with all methods used, incl. step-by-step instructions and curated additional ressources.

The training takes place at our office in Berlin. You can find us at Brunnenstraße 19-21, 10119 Berlin – right in the heart of Berlin Mitte where we share an office with Flink and Trade Republic.
